Ladies...this is it!! The salon experience you all have been waiting for. From the charm and beauty of the shop itself to the peaceful and fun environment Cyndi and Cheryl provide this shop has it all. The products used are TOP NOTCH! The salon is clean, organized, and elegant. After switching to Cyndi from my previous lady of 15 years I was nervous but this immediately disappeared after talking with her! Cyndi is a true color specialist who listens and truly knows her art. Overall she is a 1000000/10! Cleo and Grace is a 10/10 experience.
Wonderful salon. Coming from Dallas to Knoxville, I didn't think I'd find the same quality in a hair salon but was I ever wrong! The owner, Cindy, is fantastic. She does a great job at cut and color and probably everything else though I've only experienced these two, so far!! Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Cleo Grace Salon.
