I had an amazing facial from Cecilia. It was relaxing and my skin was so smooth and soft afterwards. I received some samples specific to my skin type and they are working great. There always seems to be a good special taking place and I am excited to return. Customer service is also top notch! Highly recommend.

I've always had excellent experiences with Cecilia's facials. Unfortunately, she was busy, and Kendria, the new esthetician, attended to me instead. I wasn't happy with it. She didn't cleanse my face properly, even though I understand it was an express facial. The heat from the steam so close to me bothered me; I couldn't breathe. And the mask she applied burned my skin terribly. In short, I didn't enjoy the experience. I'm writing this comment with the best intentions so CWA can improve, and I can continue receiving the excellent service Cecilia always provides.

I had a wonderful 30-minute facial with Cecilia that I won at a holiday work party, and it truly exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly gentle, made me feel completely at ease, and clearly has a wealth of knowledge about skincare. Every step felt intentional and customized, and her “magic fingers” are no joke—so relaxing yet effective. Even in a short session, my skin felt refreshed, cared for, and noticeably better. I would absolutely recommend her and would love to book again!

I received my first lymphatic drainage facial and it was an amazing experience. The office is bright and clean with beautiful artwork on the walls. Aaron was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the products and explained every step of his process. His massage technique was gentle and very relaxing. When Aaron finished, my skin felt alive, energized, and rejuvenated. I was glowing! This is a great way to pamper yourself and positively impact overall wellness.
