Classy Nails Spa & Sen Brows

I absolutely love this place! My mom and I go about every two weeks or so and they never disappoint. I’ve been going there for about 3 years now. And my friends love it too! Mai is the absolute best! She is so funny and so Đẹp! :) Honestly, everyone there is so friendly, so accommodating. My mom has a walker and isn’t very mobile and their patience, understanding and helpfulness is always above and beyond! Everything is always clean and welcoming. Best nail salon I’ve been to in all of Columbus. (Been to a lot) I run a restaurant so I always do dip, to reduce chipping and whatnot. The top coat on my thumb nails kind of wore off last week, so I walked in thinking I would have to make an appointment or wait — Nope! Mai fixed it right away. 10/10. Two thumbs up. am very disappointed with my nails today. This is my third time getting my nails done here, and while they did a great job last time, today’s experience was frustrating. I had already told him that I wanted my nails bit long , and he said the length affected because of the shape I chose(round). While he was cutting the nails, he asked me to check the length and they seemed fine, but during the shaping process they became much shorter than I wanted. On top of that, the polish was not applied properly there are visible gaps on the insides of the nails. I paid $70 for these nails, and I’m very, very disappointed. The color I chose was dark, but once it was applied, I felt it didn’t suit my skin tone. It looked fine under the salon lights, but once I stepped outside, I was unhappy with the o

I waited a week to post this review just to see if my nails were going to hold up but they aren’t. I went in on 7/25/25 for a toe file, shape and new gel polish and a fresh set of acrylic with a French tip. The tech off the rip seems irritated when I told him I wanted square vs the almond he wanted to do. My nails are lifting already and they look terrible. The tech was rough with my hands and kept shoving my hand away. I came here because I wanted my nails done for my birthday but I’m ready to rip them off and go elsewhere. It was my very first visit and getting my nails done. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The lady who did my nails did a very nice job. She made sure everything was perfect. I love my winter nails. They are so cute.

i wish I could give a better review but after my first and will be only experience here, I can’t. I scheduled an online appointment for 1:15 with Eevie and arrived at 1:10 was greeted and was seated. At 1:25 I asked if he had been correctly signed in as the person who came in after me was already getting a pedicure. The girl said Eevie was running behind and she brought me over to get my nails soaked off. I sat in the chair and at 1:55 I was asked to move to Eevie’s chair. Not a hello, no apologies, no nothing. I asked her if she could do a burgundy French manicure, showed her a photo and she and the girl who had soaked my nails off both said no they didn’t do that. So I went with another color. The whole experience was unsettling and it would have been nice to be acknowledged that I waite
