Best store in the entirety of Florida, very nice staff and very amazing products. If you are looking for a good experience and amazing products, this is your place to go, if they don't have the thing you want, tell them and they will order it PERSONALY for you.

Absolutely terrible experience. I took an Uber to quickly grab some hair, expecting to be in and out. However, the internet was down, causing the card reader to malfunction, and I was stuck there for 20 minutes while they struggled to process my payment. Meanwhile, my Uber left, making me late for my hair appointment. To make matters worse, I was charged $220 for ONE pack of Xpression braiding hair and PACK Fashion Plus bundles (3 bundles included) —a completely outrageous price. The next Uber took another 15 minutes to arrive, turning what should’ve been a quick stop into a complete disaster. Unprofessional, overpriced, and an absolute inconvenience. Never shopping here again.

I used to shop at Elegant Beauty Supply. Had a horrible experience at the one in Pembroke Pines. The other locations are just the same lazy and incompetent employee. Coming to Classy Lady was more than I expected. Family owned business and the gentlemen there are always very personable, respectful and helpful. If products are low they try to get it in for you. I'm now a weekly customer and each time I go in they take the time out to speak and ask if I found everything. Great job!

I just started going to this store a lot than before recently. I fell in love with their black filter masks. Like the other person said if they dont have an item in, they will order it for you. The salesperson even said I can call him to check. Very nice staff and helpful

My daughter and myself purchase from the location in Miami Gardens 199 St/NW 2 for years, the service is always polite with smile.
