I visit this store regularly and it’s always clean, friendly and has whatever I need! The lady that works there named Patrice is always helpful, knowledgeable and provided A+ custom service! I get the dame treatment every time!!!!! I appreciate how she is knowledgeable on the products which ensures great customer service every time. Y’all really need to make her a manager or give her a raise because she provides outstanding customer service.

first off, the guy on the phone told me they had human hair ponytails. i drove all the way from downtown, and they do not have ANY human hair ponytails. second, when i walked into the store, i was greeted very rudely by a bald guy. i asked him where i can find the human hair ponytails & he looked at me dumbfounded as if he'd never even heard of it, even knowing I had just called asking for those ?? he walked me to the synthetic ones, and i wanted to look at 2 outside of the package. the guy sighed and looked very annoyed because he had to do his job..? i decided on one even though i wanted human hair, bought it, got to the car and was told it looks horrible even for synthetic hair & i agreed. within 2 minutes i was back in the store trying to return it, & the guy told me no returns ! i bou
