Classic Touch Hair Salon

Regretfully I made the mistake of using this establishment to supposedly highlight my dark brown hair with honey blond. The colorist Angela barely knows what she is doing although she brags about how great she is at her job. I was very disappointed at the result. She barely put any highlights and those she put were basically on the right side. Her work is an embarrassment to the profession. It is not my style to go back and complain but after talking to others in the industry I was told it was common for customers to go back and for stylist to correct their mistakes. Although the owner of the establishment, her mother, was in agreement that the highlights were lopsided, Angela became agitated. She attempted to try and sell me another expensive highlighting. It was my first time at this Salon. Angela was kind, professional, and accommodating. Rosa was also very nice. The music and friendly environment made me feel like I was back in Italy. I do not give it 5 stars because it was only my first visit, I will be back. Thank you Angela and staff.

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Twice I made an appointment with them only to come in on time and be told nonchalantly that my wait time would be more than an hour. When I pointed out that I had an appointment, I was rudely told “That’s not how it works here.” No apology at all. Save your time and go anywhere else, there are plenty of other salons in the area that deserve your business.
