Classic Nail In Conyers

I’ve been loyal to this salon since I moved to the area in 2021. My previous nail tech at this location, Kevin, passed away (this completely broke my heart); I had to take a break because he was like family to me. I came back a few times to see Trouble (one thing about Trouble, he will always do a fabulous job and you’ll roll out of your chair laughing whilst getting the perfect ombré). Fast forward to last year, I decided to come back on a regular basis; I was seen by Chanda and she is exceptionally skilled & pleasant… and my dedicated tech now (I saw a negative comment about her on here, & I can’t speak for everyone, but I absolutely feel like if you have a problem with Chanda, then it’s a “you” problem, not her). My first visit here and it went exceptionally well. I have lived in Conyers 2 1/2 yrs now and tried a few other places but I have to rank this place well above. Everyone at Classic Nail was very courteous, patient, respectful, engaging and the vibe and energy was relaxing. I absolutely love love love my nails and pedicure. I got one of the luxury pedicures w paraffin wax, the entire experience was much needed and thorough. I also got a brand new full set of acrylic, medium stiletto, so so pretty. I would recommend a visit for anyone interested.

These individuals are beyond rude and disrespectful! I had an older male do my manicure. He messed up my nails and I informed the manager who caught an attitude with me. This led to an argument and to him assaulting me pulling at my hand and gripping it tight. After we exchanged words an older Caucasian woman called the cops as if I was the aggressor. I told the manager to remove everything, and he told the police to charge me for the pedicure. I paid. As we were speaking to the cops a younger Caucasian woman decided to intervene and another argument broke out. I’ll never go back and will inform everyone definitely black women to take your business elsewhere!

I've had my nails done by this salon for 4 years and I have never once been disappointed THAT BEING SAID I have recently been blown away. I was in the hospital for a month, so it'd been over a month since my nails were done and they still perfect, no one believed id not gotten them done in so long. The quality of the people, experience and everything is just so wonderful at this salon. My nail techs were Cindy and I can't remember the male techs name but they were and have always been just wonderful to me. Pictures for reference of the before nails and the after. Cause wow.

Service is top tear very polite and welcoming, they have complimentary wine as well. They make sure you are satisfied with each and every service. This will definitely be my nail salon from hear on out they won me over love love 1000/1000 highly recommended.
