Classic Eyebrows

I like this place, it’s a quick process and the women are polite. I do advise stating the exact way you’d like your eyebrows done before they start cause I like a full brow and ended up with a thin brow, didn’t upset me to much but I always tell them I like my eyebrows full just a clean out on top and bottom. I’ll continue to go to this business for a long time.

Eyebrows are cute, I will be going there for my eyebrows more often but for the individual lashes....... the lashes were directly on top of my actual lashes with tons of glue. Granted, if you just want lashes on your face without caring about the health of your lashes then I guess this would be fine. There wasn't any face framing with the lashes as well, the woman just tacked on as many lashes that would fit on my natural lashes. And since they were all the same size, it didn't give like a cute lash look.

Arguing in front of customers is unacceptable and it happens quite often that will truly make your customers want to go elsewhere

Got my lashes done about a week ago. This not the way lashes are done professionally. From my experience here, the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful but the girl that did the lashes couldn't careless how she did them and if I even liked them or not. I'm from Chicago and in no way shape or form should your lashes (individuals) be put on top of your natural lash line and with a bunch of glue exposed. Very unprofessional. Not cute. They need to do some research and learn real trade of doing lashes. The photo I added is what lash extensions are SUPPOSED to look like. Please take heed!!!!
