Classic Cut

Iv walked in 3 times and couldn't get a hair cut .there told me to come by some other time.

I really like the haircuts I get at Classic Cut. I've only tired a couple of the ladies there and I click the best with Pat. She listens very well when I ask for a particular change in the cut, but she's also very consistent. The only problems I've had at the Classic Cut is when one of the other ladies I went to actually CUT MY FAVORITE NECKLACE while she was cutting my hair. After I pulled it out and showed it to her and told her what she had done, I think she did say she didn't know she did that, but I didn't get an actual apology or an offer to replace it or get it repaired. I don't know what their policies are about items that are broken or cut while you're in the store or in the chair...but suggest you do what I do and remove any earrings or necklaces when you go to get your hair was

I started using Pat (Patricia) when I moved to N.C. from Texas in 2011. She has always done an excellent job on my color & cut. I moved to Va. in 2015 (2 hrs from N.C.) & tried several stylists & was never pleased. I now drive the 2 hours back to N.C. to ensure I get an outstanding color & cut not to mention the service!!

I can't speak for the quality of cuts/colors for other stylists but I got second to the worst style of my life here from Pam. First no hair history was taken, she used straight bleach and developer on my already processed hair (something NO ONE has ever done... At least mix it with conditioner so it's not damaging!), No color swatches were offered so I trusted her 20 years of experience (Never again, just because someone's worked that long doesn't mean their good). Then she let it over process producing hair breakage (Again something that has never ever been a problem for me, I have very healthy hair something she even commented on prior to coloring my hair) and a grey/silver color on my roots and a pink undertone.
