Classic Barber Company

This is by far one of the best barbershops I have ever been to. The owner, Mel, is truly a magician when it comes to cutting hair. If you’re looking for a new barber in Yonkers or just in general, give Classic a shot. The shop is extremely clean and professional, and definitely priced well for the service they provide. My haircut was specifically with Mel, and he is now my full-time barber until death do us part.

Great place, Mel is the big boss and is chill very clean and friendly service would recommend here. Good prices as well.

Mel is always a pleasure and accommodating. It is always intimidating, as a mother, to walk my son into a barbershop but it has never felt like that here. Mel is friendly and always makes sure my son comes out of there with the BEST haircut. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

Took my son here for the first time last week. It was intimidating at first lol but afterwards, I felt very comfortable and at ease. No recommendations lol just Googled the closest barbershop to me. My son is soon to be 4 and from the age of 1, we took him to a kids hair salon at Central Park Ave. She was great but the haircuts were no longer for us. He is now at a big boy barbershop and did so great. We'll be back! The plus for me is that it's close to home and kid friendly!

The people here were friendly and accommodating. I went to have a haircut on a Wednesday. They have a $15 Tuesday-Wednesday discount. Based on another person's review, I wanted to check this place out for myself. Very small, quaint barber shop. It was during my lunch hour so I had more than enough time to get a quick cut and come back. Definitely will be coming back!
