Clark Nails

The worst set I’ve ever had. Sent emails — no response — called — no response. I asked for Cherry Blossom nails. The lady clearly could not do the design I asked for after 3 attempts. She and other workers tried convincing me since they charge more for designs — they do not advertise truthfully. They tried using stickers after I said 3 times I do not like stickers on my nails. Any amazing designs shown are from an artist in New York City who USED to work there. The only discount I got was the full price of $65, ($2 off the tap to pay) I cried leaving the salon. That’s how bad these were. Do not go here for anything other than a basic mani-pedi if they can even do that. Terrible place and awful service.

I’ve been going to Clark nails for a long time, and then stumble upon NANCY! She is amazing and always does a great job! The salon is very nice, very clean and all staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended Nancy and Clark Nails.

I usually get my nails done and they last well over a month, I’m not sure what happened this last recent set but I went in to get it fixed, my 1st nail fell off at the 10 day mark and my 2nd nail fell off at the 13 day mark. I was under the impression that they would fix it for free (them fixing their mistake), I just wanted my set to be complete again.. (since they advertise that gelX last longer) when I realized I was being charged I also came to realize that my nails weren’t filed and prepped before she put nails on nor cuticle oil. Barely filed and nail applied, no cleaning up of my cuticles what so ever. Since I was being charged they should’ve did those things. Being that it was 15$ reduced to 10$ which was upped to 12$ because of the card fee, it was more of a principle issue? Not a

Wrote this review before they asked me to take it down , which I did and I went back for them to “fix” my nails that they massacred! Asked for a refund and was rudely shouted at and was told I will never be allowed back to the salon if I put review back up, so guess what here’s the review back up . I paid 65$ for this mess plus 15$ tip ! Last picture of blue nails is what my nails looked like before ! all my own ! I asked to cut down and look natural , does this look natural ?

I just got my pedicure here done for the very first time and I am thoroughly impressed with the salon (but I love me a Vietnamese nail salon business so I’m not surprised) The lady who did my pedicure (Nam) took great care in prepping my nails, took her time, and gave me a wonderful pedicure. I also like the products they use (the foot/leg scrub + lotion were rose scented and that’s my favorite scent!) The salon is very large also and they have many nail technicians available. Will definitely be coming back here :)
