Date of Service: June 22nd, 2024| Overall the experience in the shop was peaceful. I did not receive a service I feel confident in. I requested small starter locs with square parts and to be two strand twist. My hair is fully coiled with what looks like medium parts in the front of my head, after being told the middle of my head would be two strand twists and the sides would be coiled. The roots are extremely frizzy and my parts can hardly be seen. I mentioned this to Clarissa and neither a refund or partial refund was offered. It also looks that regular gel was used on my hair and not loc and gel. Disappointed is the least I can say, I’m just upset that I have to comb these out and pay another person to do them for me.

Clarissa is extremely talented, she was professional, great understanding of her client’s need for costumer satisfaction. Quality work at an affordable price. She was focused on the service- I was out of her chair in 1 hour with a big smile on my face. So blessed to have found her 🥰
