I just had the worst experience ever. This lady was pushing me to buy the products. She cannot even speak English. Then I talk to her in Spanish and she’s trying to talk in English completely misguided me. Didn’t even know about the products she was selling me no knowledge. She goes by the last name, Bustillo. Will never come back to the store in Sawgrass mills

This is my first time writing a review and I really did not want to be a Karen but I guess there is a first for everything. I have been here previously with my boyfriend and got treated nicely by a older women who was dealing with another group of people. It was great, nice, and sweet. I went back yesterday to check out their lip oils because it is my favorite thing from this brand. My boyfriend and I are looking at the other products and I am standing in front of this section where they have mini products. Yes they are small which means they are going to be glued (I have worked in retail before).
