I have gone for a wash and set several times with no disappointments but I wanted something different for a special occasion and decided to go with them. I asked for a double process, (bleaching), and two different colors, a trim, deep conditioning, wash and set and I received exactly that. The staff was personable while remaining professional and efficiently effective with the task. Plus I wasn’t there all day lol. Had a great experience with my services and it’s been almost a year, there was no breakage and the color stayed vibrant.

This was the best service I ever received from a Dominican salon. Went on thanksgiving morning and they were excellent. The shampoo lady was very thorough in washing and making sure my hair didn’t tangle. Her scalp massage was amazing too but she really helped detox my scalp and deep conditioned my hair. The blowout was painless. No yanks or burning. My hair was so shiny and straight. I loved the service and I let management know that and was grateful for a discount extended. Definitely will be going back.

Went in to get a toner for my newly brassy blonde hair. I walked out about 100 bucks later with very minor change. Also what was different for me is they have a tag team. One does the shampoo & color. The other blow drys. So then you have to tip two people. It’s a salon that specializes in blowing out curly hair. Not much more.

They caused severe heat damage to my healthy natural hair which is now breaking off. My hair smelled burnt after these unprofessionals were done. I’m so disappointed. My hair is so thin and super frizzy at the ends. I tipped these fools to destroy my hair and they didn’t even have the courtesy to say thank you. I’d never recommend this salon! Worst place for natural hair!
