Clairabella salon

I initially called to book a first-time appointment today, but no one answered. When a woman returned my call while I was busy, she responded rudely when I asked who was calling. She stated,"rudely" 'You called me.' When I asked if it was the salon, she confirmed and then hung up on me mid sentence of me trying to confirm the salon name. Upon calling back, I was immediately directed to voicemail. I was very surprised by the rudeness, especially as a potential new customer. A Week After : I went in person and they took me and my mother last moment before our vacation and for that greatfull . Even kmow my mom app was canceled due to the owner getting sick ,the employee that did my braids took my mother as well and we were both able to get our hair done in time for our vacation so for tha

Tracy is amazing! I have tried several different stylists over the years but never was fully satisfied. I gave her a general description of what I wanted. I got a short cut, color and styled. Tracy not only met my expectations, she exceeded them!!! I’m so happy with my new look, and I get a lot of compliments. I will never go anywhere else!

Tracy is very professional and treats each client with respect. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair. I’ve been getting my hair done by her for years and never been disappointed. Today was my first time going to Tracey! And I know I found my hair dresser! Nice, very professional, and what I like she literally explains EACH and every step or thing she is doing to your hair!!! She’s does my daughter hair and my daughter loves it. Long as she doesn’t move out of town she has two new clients in us♥️🥰

I've been a client for over 4 years and would not trust my haircare to anyone else. My hair is healthy and I get so many compliments on the styling. The salon is professional and I never have that "long" salon wait. Tracey absolutely values each clients time. Its no secret I love Clairabella Salon!
