The place was clean and had a nice section of hair / product although I couldn’t find the color hair at work I was looking for. On the other hand, the customer service was lack luster. The older man was not nice nor helpful but I am giving him the benefit of the doubt possibly a language barrier although he didn’t even say hi. The younger man was more helpful and did assist and help my Nana. Also, a recommendation is allowing samples in the store of the perfume because we had to go to another hair store to sample perfume( we were able to sample the other store) but I do understand policy, so that wasn’t a problem. Customer service is very important, so I hope they do improve. Good luck to them tho.

Love owner funny and love his customers and family

I have been dealing with Mr. Kim since I was 17 years old and I am 36 now. He is the funniest and nicest hair store owner I ever encountered. He doesn’t only treat me and my daughter wonderfully he treats my mom, my daughter’s dad and his family and my friends like family also. A lot of people don’t understand his tone and demeanor but I promise you will never find a hair store owner more caring and sincere as him.
