Microblading Lisa took the time throughout the appt to check with me on the shape, placement and overall balance or just feedback before she continued with the microblading session. The appt was literally 2 hrs. She was Welcoming, Focused, Knowledgeable, Meticulous, and from start to finish she took her time. During the appt I could hear her phone which was on vibrate, go off, not once was she distracted or paused to check her notifications. In this day and age, i was shocked but also grateful that she cared so much about the session that she stayed completely in the zone. I couldn't recommend her more highly. I have been receiving services here since it opened and I have never been anything but happy with the service, the staff, and the environment! Always so much fun here, without sacrificing professionalism! Corrina works magic with her cuts and coloring! Always feel like a million bucks when I leave! Lori makes my skin glow and my muscles relax with her facials and massages! Manis and pedis are great too! Love having them in the bench seats by the fireplace! The staff is like family! Can’t wait for my next appointments! ❤️❤️

I was charged $40 for a service that I didn't ask for. I went in for a haircut and full highlight. I called and made sure of prices Before I booked the appointment... I also made sure I was told the correct information by checking out their PRICE menu when I got there... But she had added Some type of toner to my service without my knowledge that it was going to cost more. I didn't even realize that I had gotten anything extra because it was put on while I was At the shampoo bowl rinsing out my foil's, I had no idea it was something extra that was an additional charge nor did she mention that at any time... This was also my first time at the salon.. and my LAST!!!! They did not care about my concerns or the fact that I had stated I was on a budget... horrible customer service!!!

Julie Starr is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had in my whole life. She has taken my hair from lifeless, dry, and damaged to vibrant, beautiful and healthy! And she is a wonderful person who always makes me feel good when I walk through the door.
