CJ Haircuts - South Riding

We came right at 9 o’clock when they opened. Joy was such a nice lady and so patient and calm with My Son. She did a good job navigating when he got a little upset a couple times but overall she did fabulous and we got a nice haircut we’ll definitely be coming back. My three-year-old daughter was waiting playing with the train set and other choice that they had.

I need someone from management to contact me. I came on Thursday evening with my son to get his haircut, we are regular customers of Emily, but since she was off we saw the second to last station on the left side. I showed her the picture asked multiple times if she understood and felt comfortable with a fade and she got started. Soon realized she did not know how to do it and the language barrier was too much to even communicate. The next day we saw red rashes all over the back side of his head that resembled razor burn and we applied coconut oil and today under bright lighting at target we noticed a big bump that looks like an infection, which I can only assume is from poor sanitation. I need someone to contact me regarding this, I am highly concerned and need to understand how to procee

Today is the last day I will be going to CJs. The haircuts I have received over the past 6 months have been very inconsistent. I ask for a close shave (#1) on the side only up to the top of my ear and then blend it into the length on the top of my head. Today, it happened again where the entire side of my head has been shaved down and blended, starting at the crown. So instead of my hair looking the same as I walked in, just shorter, I have to wait 3ish weeks to let it all grow back out and try again. It is not a bad haircut. It looks fine, but it is not how I asked my hair to be cut. It is just way too short. I did not say anything to the lady who cut my hair because once she went to high with the #1 there is nothing to be done to fix it.

Jenny cut my hair and beared trim but it was horrible. I explained several times but she didnt understand what i want. I asked no more cut my bang but she keep doing and its too short. My beared also not even. I asked three times but ignored. Probably didnt understand english.English barrier. She keep saying “thank you” only, like a bird. No other words. At the end she bagging a tipping. I felt so bad. She wasted my time two times more than normal and asked tipping. Shame on you , Jenny. You need to study how to treat customers. of course i am not coming back.

Terrible cuts. They need much more training on the very basics. Asked them to do a line for my son and this is what they did. They spent exactly 6 minutes on my son’s hair with only 3 people total in the shop. Will not come back again.
