When I called the salon, I was being nice and calm and just wanted to know if there was any availability with a specific hairstylist. Instead, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, like my call was a problem. It made the conversation uncomfortable and honestly didn’t feel like how a customer should ever be treated.

WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING SALON john the owner does not know how to do hair i have chemical burns on my forehead and my hair is now breaking off and brittle the color is completely terrible not even close to what i had before i told him about my forehead burn and he didn’t even care i asked him to fix what he did and he told me he don’t know how to fix my hair, he should of tell me that before he touch my hair please don’t go to this salon you will be sorry

The experience was amazing for such a affordable price. My barber, Davis did an amazing job doing exactly what I asked for. Great job Davis.

Awful , busy, they do not care about your hair, they care about the number of people they see so they do not take their time to finish their work. They just rush to damage your hair and see more clients

I’ve been coming here for years, but today I was treated badly, made to overpay by $30, and Tom my hairdresser did not follow what I asked at all. When I complained he was rude, told me that I was lying, and was very dismissive. I had a horrible experience and will not be going back. This sucks especially because Tom is usually friendly. DO NOT GO HERE.
