City Star Nails

Hands down the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Their nail tech Kim does a horrible acrylic application and is not good with shaping nails. I mentioned my concerns several times she states she's wasn't done and at the end of my service they didn't look good. I went back to voice my concerns and Ken was no better he said he didn't see a issue with the nails but will "fix" them. He said he didn't think the acrylic was thin and took a nail file to change the shape from duck to square. The same night the nail cracked in half and then another which wasn't a surprise at all. Went back again to get them fixed. I didn't want Kim or Ken to do my nails. I expressed this since neither listened to me the first time. He had a nail tech I preferred and he said she had customers but she didn't I was

Roy did an awesome gel French manicure. I told him my nails were damaged. But he took time to clean them and beauty my nails. We laughed, conversated, and he constantly asked me if I liked them. Which made me feel that he cared about his work

The lady that did my nails did such a wonderful job!!! She suggested I take off my acrylic that I had in since August & get an overlay on my real nails. I hesitated at first but then I went for it & It was the best decision!!!! I absolutely love my nails. She took her time with me & I appreciate that. I will be back soon.

10/10 every single time! My sister and I recently started coming here and I’m so happy we found Theresa. She is absolutely AMAZING. I always let her freestyle my nails and they turn out perfect every time. She’s incredibly talented, so sweet, and just makes you feel comfortable. I’ll always book with her! 🥰❤️
