City Nails

Been coming here for years…. Everybody do great nails… Ryan, Lee and number 6 does great pedicures.. Lee always do my eyebrows so nice her and her mother.. recommend this place for your maintenance needs.. run here asap Signed loyal customer Sharon

I’ll post photos of what I wanted and what I got. I’ve been going to city nails for a little while and I always want to give them another chance but this was the last straw. I paid $89 for this. the guy first chair by the register (Hoover rd location) was rude. showed him what i wanted and he wouldn’t let me show him the video of how it was done so of course he messed up. didnt ask if I liked it along the way at all. I tried to go a day and get used to the “design” but no. I went back and told them what happened. A lady sat me down and they started talking across the salon in their language and it became awkward because they were clearly talking about me. Then she told me they were going to charge me another $31, $33 if paying with a card, to take it off and just polish my nails. I decline

Expensive and unhappy. I went for lashes, I should have asked for short individual lashes because medium looks long. They do not offer straps. They charged $45 fir eyebrow wax and them long medium lashes. This ruined my look. I regret it. I have been there in the past and was happy eith my short lashes when the price was lower. I have also had uncomfortable experiences there such as not getting my questions answered and being told cash only for lashes.

For the past couple of months I've been going to City Nails! I always make my appointment with David! He is the best! I love his artwork and professionalism! He does great work! 10/10 for me!
