City Nails & Tan

It took over an hour to get the nails done and the lady trimmed the nail too short until it paved close to the skin. I would not come back here. The employees continued to chat amongst each other which was very distracting and impolite to the customers. I usually do not write reviews but this was not great. Pictures show how you can see how short the lady cut it. Update: it’s been one day and it’s already peeling off. And I can’t do normal activities because the nail is so short. Like I can’t grab stuff with my fingers. Really bad quality and I could’ve done a better job doing it myself. I think also the problem was that the lady didn’t speak English at all so she didn’t get what I’m talking about.

This was my first time to be a customer at City Nail and Tan. Cindy is amazing. I’ve known about Cindy because she has been doing pedicures for my brother-in-law. I have always been so impressed on how great his nails looked after she gave him a pedicure. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I definitely will be returning as a customer! Thank you so much for your kindness and great experience Cindy!

I did pedi and mani here twice. It's close to my house. First time I loved the work. Both my nails and toes were looking were, the service was awesome too. Very friendly staff. I went yesterday again. The same gril who did my toes the first time helped me. She did again a great job with my pedicure. Unfortunately for me, a different person did my nails. She destroyed my nails after I have been working on getting them long and strong. She didn't even shape them even. Pretty much file them off completely and carelessly. When it came to applying the nail polish she kept cleaning the excess with her own nails. Which made for a dirty finish. She didn't clean, nothing. End result? It'd have been better to do them myself instead of paying for that. Plus $5 extra to remove my previous nail polish

Shop is really clean and very classy. The ladies are all very sweet! The lady that did my nails was so gentle and very thorough. She also gave me great advice on how to better moisturize my hands since I’m a skin picker! 100% Recommended! UPTADE: I came back on the 21st and got a pedicure by Sarah. She was sooo good at massaging my legs and feet I nearly fell asleep.

Good customer service, really bad products, I got French tip gel on Tuesday and, on the same week on Thursday 4 of them were chipped. Also the skin on my hand specially on my fingers were so flaky after they take off sns. I don’t know what kind of product they used for, but the cuticles seemed so weak and sensitive for almost a week. price $43 ($28 gel + $5 French tip + $10 take off sns)
