I had fun getting my nails done here! I was celebrating my friends birthday! The results are so glossy and beautiful! Mr. Hero helped and the other gentleman!

Was a bit nervous to try a new Salon, But honestly It was so Worth It! I got these amazing French Tips and they look like my Actual Nail’s!! Very Welcoming and Amazing Service! They Definitely Accept Walk In’s! I 100% Recommend This Salon to everyone!

I’ve been coming here 7 months now and sally is so welcoming not to mention how she love my lil baby girl and always so sweet to her and get her nails so kiddie cutesy done. Julie is my nail tech and she’s the sweetest and simple the best. Very neat and patient and do exactly as I request on each nail appointment. The salon is so clean and pretty inside with refreshment complimentary for their customers. They are very kind and pleasant. I love there! I’m new in Gainseville and since I start coming here I’ve not stopped. Love the service and everyone. The prices are very good to and no hidden charges up front when checking out,

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at City Nail Spa. I have been going to the same nail technician for over 10 years, and she's been working here, which is the only reason I decided to try this salon. Unfortunately, the service has been horrible over priced with kess effort . The owner is very pushy and constantly overtalks you, which makes the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. On top of that, the last two times I visited, I was overcharged and had to question my bill. That is completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer of my technician for many years, I expected a much better experience. Sadly, I will not be returning. I truly hope improvements are made in professionalism and customer service.

Hero and Emy did an amazing job with my nails. They really took their time, and the service was excellent. This place is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it!
