City Nails

I’ve been going to KeKe since I was 11 years old and I could see the decline in her passion and just the business. It seems like every since her husband came along she’s changed tremendously , first she sent me to Tyler years ago that used to sit across the way from her and Tyler don’t work there anymore so I thought to give them a try again the first time I went back, they both were in good spirits which was great and when I went back to get those nails filled I wanted to get a soak off because she told me to keep my nails the last time and they had grown out so much I wanted to get a overlay and they started speaking in their language and nobody responded to me For a very long uncomfortable time so I got up and left because I just don’t understand what is the problem nowadays . I don't normally get my feet done but this was my second round at City Nails. Ma did my feet for surgery back in 2018 and did an amazing job on these war victims. Today a young man took on the beast and did a superb job. I'll be back!!

Nail came off within a week, the guy who did my nails was digging into my cuticle, women named Ke ke very disrespectful for no reason if you ask her a question she responds aggressively, some of the people in there are nice but not all, for a set to be $70 it should not be coming off within a week, not all of the nail tech's speak English so you have to ask Ke ke to translate it to them especially the guy

I wanted a design on my nails, a stitch Christmas design and they gave me a whole different design that I did not ask for then I wanted clear nails on the end of both my fingers and they didn’t give me clear they gave me white then they suck at doin eyelashes point blank

I went in to get a pedi and both of my feet was butchered by the male tech. I called Kiki the owner over to look at it and she was inconsiderate still asking me to pay. Worst experience ever!!!!! Never again never again will I receive service there!!! One star should not even be an option!!!
