City Nails

Horrible service from a women named Thina or it could have been Tina. She rushed through my pedicure doing such a poor job. I asked her several times if she could please slow down because I came to enjoy my pedicure and not be rushed out. She ignored me every time. When I finally got her attention and told her she was rushing through and I wasn’t happy about the job she did she asked if I wanted a manicure too, dismissing what I was complaining about. I told her I did want a manicure but not if she was going to rush through it the way she did with my pedicure. She then took me up front to pay for my pedicure only!! I was so upset and when I brought it to the other staff’s attention … they brushed it off! I will never go back to that place! It was the worst experience I have ever had!!!

Dont usually get pedicures but my husband took me out and I absolutely loved it. They were so nice and clean and made my feet look and feel pretty. And I have ugly feet lol.

They laugh when you tell them they are injuring you attempting to pop off your acrylics with another nail instead of soaking off, & begin to talk in their native tongue between each other. Only one lady was kind and helpful everyone else doesn't either speak English & doesn't know what they r doing. I was cut multiple times and then told to soak in the acetone with a raw cut open. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
