City Nails

Very friendly doesn’t matter if you go today or two years from today they treat you the same and remember who you are and conversation I love the service !! Only place I go where they don’t talk about you in your face as if you don’t know like they do at the other nail salons in town !!! Reasonable prices great work !!

They are the cheapest in town, may be the kindest but they don’t honor the check in list. They allowed a lady to walk in and take a seat at the chair and we had been waiting over an hour. It’s very unprofessional and will be my last time using them. I’d rather go where my time is treated like a respectful customer.

__They were going to do my pedicure without soaking my feet first. I was going to let them do it since I'm new to Plaquemine and it's a small town. Then she was going to use clippers on me after someone else without cleaning them. So I asked her if she could please spray them with alcohol first and she said I asked too many questions that I needed to leave. So she kicked me out. __I'm 74 years old and I've had my nails done and my pedicures done all over the country. I've never been treated like this in my life. I was in no way rude or disrespectful in any way. I don't know what's going on with this place but I would not recommend it to my neighbor's dog.

If only there was a way to give them a ZERO STAR! I just left their building and was told that they didn't do shellac nails! I just don't believe that! If it's true then that explains why there was only one customer. I went across the street to Nina's Nails and she is working by herself with a 5 customer waiting

Customer service is Best in town !!! Puts on the acrylic a little thick but nails last long. Shop is clean and organized treats all customers the same. And it’s chairs to sit in while u wait for service. I went to other nail shop in town and regretted it ! City Nails is worth the wait and money !
