I I went into this store looking for some fun nail gems and cute accessories. They have a huge selection of different nail charms, stickers, nail polish, and even nail electric nail filers and stuff you’d need to do your nails. They have a range of prices, from affordable to high-end, and they accept Apple Pay. As soon as I walked in, the store owner greeted me warmly. It’s a small store, but it carries a lot of what I was looking for. I was specifically looking for a certain color gemstone, and I was helped by Ashley. She went out of her way to help me find the exact shape and color of the gems I wanted. She was really nice, patient, and friendly. Lady working today around 3-4pm was rude and unprofessional when I was asking for things. I’m a beginner nail tech and didn’t know what I was looking for so I needed a bit of help. The lady/girl working there as cashier rung me up and tried to charge me more because she couldn’t see which item I had. Total was $15.07 I gaved her $15 and told her I had the 7 cents, gaved her a quarter and she started laughing apparently she doesn’t know simple math so she used her phones calculator. Then she said “i wanna say something but im just going to stay quiet, I can’t say it cause I’m on the clock” such irrelevant comment and for no reason when my siblings and I were not even rude to begin with. Bad service in general. Never again

the lady there scammed me and charged me way more than it actually was! when i asked her the total prices of the amount of charms i got she charged me almost 50$ and couldn’t give me a plain explanation on why it was so much for the little amount of charms i got. i did the math after and it definitely was not that amount for the amount of charms/product i got and she was acting weird towards me money wise and just plain out scammed me. i can tell she was just putting in random prices into the system when charging me. i paid 100$ for small products like charms dappen dishes and a charm box … she charged me for 25 items when i only got 18

I have given this place 3 chances , first time I bought a gel polish and some charms when I came home to open the bottle the gel was empty !!! Second time I had bought a few more things and i felt like the lady kept giving me random prices for things it felt super sketch. 3rd time I had bought some more gel and a lamp and the the friggin lamp stopped working after an hour and I bought this chrome powder and it was just about empty !!! I don’t even think I can return it I’m so freaking upset ! I want to be able to support local business but this place makes it hard to go to . You just lost a customer better of going to Sally’s or ordering online. So disappointed
