City Nails 2 is such a beautiful and relaxing salon. The atmosphere is clean, aesthetic, and welcoming. My daughter absolutely loved how her nails came out. Lyn was her nail tech and she did an amazing job. I also appreciated the little touches like being offered a cold beverage during our visit. We will definitely be coming back. 💅✨

⭐ 1 Star I had a terrible experience at this salon. Emma was rude, and the service overall felt unprofessional from start to finish. I only got a polish change with gel on my nails and toes, and they still charged me $80, which is completely overpriced. They didn’t even offer me water, and my eyelashes came out crooked. The extra the charged me $30 for was painted the tips and she said it’s extra yo file my nail, so it cost to file your own nail when you pay for a polish change? On top of that, I felt forced to pay, and when I booked an appointment for my husband, they tried to charge him $85 instead of the $75 that was posted outside. I had to wait before reviewing as I have been to several nail salons and have had a good first experience and then it went to hell… not this place. This is now my third time there and when I tell you guys, this is what I was looking for ! Coming from NYC and going to my same nail salon for over 15 years, it was a nightmare to think about finding a new nail salon. I have been to nail salons from Marietta, Acworth, powder springs, Dallas and Hiram. And I for a while settled at one but was consistently unhappy with the service . The nails would come out fine but service was always unwelcoming. One day I decided to give this place a try while on a Dunkin run, and my god I’m so happy . I want to give a special shout out to Nancy who did my pedicure two of the three times I been there. Welcoming

I requested builder gel nails overlay and a pedicure. I received poly nails overlay & I KNOW what is & what isn’t. My pedicure went from $48 to $75 because they charged $15 for gel polish which I knew from they’re price list and an additional $15 for chrome powder which they never told me I found out when I paid. My toes were cute no complaints except the price. My nails were horrible. Overlay uneven, she over filed my natural nails. I got French tip because if you know how to do nails how can you mess that up right? I was proven wrong. I requested a base nude color for my nails that goes with my darker skin tone and the nail tech was tone deaf. I could have look over that if she did a great job on my nails but she didn’t. I love this place!! I recently moved to Dallas and my bonus-daughter introduced me. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and funny. I’ll be back. 10/10
