I recently visited this salon because I was in the area, hoping to find a reliable local spot based on their positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and ultimately felt like a bait-and-switch regarding their pricing. I called ahead to book an appointment early afternoon and specifically asked for the pricing on a gel French fill and a gel French pedicure. I was given a clear quote over the phone and arrived on time, only to be met with complete chaos. Despite having an appointment, 1 waited 45 minutes to be seated in a pedicure chair and then sat soaking for a full hour before anyone actually attended to me. To make matters worse.
