City Looks Salon

Feel totally ripped off, spent over a whole days pay and my hair isn't even half colored. I was even charged more cuz my hair is down to my wrists. That's like, fine, but it should be colored then. I was there 3 hours for a hair coloring, having the color on my hair setting for over 2 hours alone. Then the color wasnt even pulled through. Still looks white in the back. Still trying to scrub all the brown spots off my face from the dye, and somehow brown dye got on my Columbia jacket, even though it was hanging on a hook on the wall.

Kristen is amazing she's super and good at wanting she does and is super friendly this has been my 3rd or 4th time back definitely coming again next time

A step above other Salons? I think not. I had. 1:00 appointment, ( I was her first appointment after her lunch break), she was 15 minutes late, she didn’t apologize, she didn’t ask my name, and I received the worst haircut ever. She gave an excellent massage while shampooing, other than that, many steps below other establishments. Very disappointing, and I won’t be back. Sorry!

Favorite stylist works there, flexible but busy schedule. Always avle to get me in the time frame that works for me. Actually talks about a hair style that's good for you. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Taylor was patient and helpful..she took the time to explain and gave advise as to what would work with my hair type etc.
