I scheduled an appointment through the lash artist’s website and received both email and text confirmations, including a reminder an hour before. I even completed and returned the consent form as requested. I arrived 10 minutes early, but unfortunately, the lash artist was a complete no-show—no communication, no update, nothing. What made it worse was the lack of any follow-up or apology afterward. Thankfully, Karla (or possibly Carla), a hair stylist at the salon, was kind enough to try reaching out on my behalf, but she didn’t get a response either. I waited for as long as I reasonably could before deciding to leave. I understand things can happen and delays occur, but a total lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable—especially for a first-time client. I'm leaving this

Kimber is awesome!! I’ve waited so long to find someone to do my lashes and I won’t be going anywhere else. She listens to what you want, very sweet and has awesome music playing just to top it off. I want to fall asleep every time and can hardly feel what she’s doing. Go to Kimber!!

My first time with Kimber but long time lash extension wearer. I booked online via her “site” & when I arrived she was surprised she had an appointment as she hadn’t checked her booking site & asked me if I could return an hour later. I did. The aesthetics were great. The BEST chair ever. The lashes looked great initially however within 12 hours the fills had all fallen off. I reached out via email-returned. I called & left a voicemail-no answer/no returned call. I texted the issues I experienced & wasn’t sure if her hours were correct or not on site as nothing else seemed to work effectively & was more than willing to have her do the lashes over but instead she refunded my money with no communication other than the receipt text. I found this surprising and sad at the same time.

I went there today and I just want to say I loved it. She was so sweet and listened to all my crazy stories. She was very professional and i was relaxed The Whole time. I didn't feel like she was rushing or trying to just get me out. She showed me a few styles because it's been awhile since I had them done. And I love it! As soon as I walked out the door people where asking me where I go them done at. And I get to come back in 7-10 to get a touch up. Amazing job!

This was my second time getting my lashes done in my life. The first at amazing lash studio, all I can say is what a difference!!! Not only was I super comfortable and relaxed the entire time, kimber also has an amazing music playlist and the two hours flew by. My lashes have never looked better! I love this place!!
