I absolutely love my hair! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted but I came out with the perfect color and length. I had Emily for the first time and will always go with her now. She cared about what I wanted and didn’t rush into anything. Sweetest person too!

I went for the first time. Everyone told me Tammy was the best! I asked her for something specific and even had photos to reference. It was NOTHING like what i asked for. I asked for NO MORE THAN 2 inches cut off. I noticed way more than i thought on the floor and asked her how much she cut off. With a big smile on her face she said “about 5-6 inches”. At this point i was ready to leave. But i stayed because a half cut head would look worse than her finishing it. So i let her finish and left. Attached are also some of the photos of how she left my hair. I will be calling the supervisor first thing in the morning to see if someone else can fix it but otherwise, i will never go back.

I had such a great experience at City Image! I saw Mackenzie, and she completely transformed my hair. She gave me a gorgeous balayage, followed by a wash, cut, and style that pulled everything together perfectly. I’m honestly in love with how it turned out!
