City Hollywood Nails

The older guy, which I think is the owner was not the nicest. I brought my daughter while I was going to go to the immediate care very close, but I decided I'd go ahead and get mine done. Guy tech. used his own thumb nail to push my cuticle, very roughly, back. Which is so gross. My daughter's nail tech did the same. That's enough for me not to go back! I do not know why some techs do that, but y'all need to please stop!

They’re very nice here but definitely overpriced for what you’re getting, and don’t actually do a great job. I’ve never really been happy with my pedicures the few times I’ve come here, so I probably won’t be back. They leave your feet looking and feeling super rough, these photos are 2 days after my pedicure. They also didn’t seem to be using clean tools. And it was $35 just for a regular pedicure, no hot towels or anything, not even gel polish. Also they have a very poor selection of polish colors. Don’t recommend which is unfortunate because they are so friendly.

I’m “passing through” Louisville. I had a new set of pink and white ombré nails that I had gotten put on by a different salon in Louisville 5 days prior. They were uneven and then one broke completely off while I was playing with my nails. This new set only took the tech 30 mins to complete?! I’m very OCD about my nails and searched for other salons in the area to fix my nails. Even tho they didn’t technically need filled (only 5 days), I wanted them all done so they’d be secure and all even. I found City Hollywood Nails who took me right away. Sam was my nail tech and I cannot say enough about him. He was very meticulous and looked at each nail at every angle to make sure there were no lumps or bumps and that they were even. So we were supposed to get our nails done elsewhere and got canceled on last minute, we called and they said we could come in, they were so nice and friendly and did an amazing job on my nails, they pay attention to detail and really made sure they did it right. Will definitely be back! Im honestly still shocked at how good they are!

I’m originally from Alabama and been here for about 3 months for my husbands job and been looking for a nail salon around here. I wasn’t sure if using any but I went in this place and it was a great experience. I got there a little earlier than my appointment and didn’t sit there but about 2 mins I got in and out. This has been the best place by far. I didn’t have to come home and file on them or anything I do usually have to do. They was perfect length and filed perfectly so I was so excited. This will be my mail salon while I’m in this area they are great !!!!
