City Eyebrows (Eyebrow Threading & Eyebrow Tinting)

Careful with being forced to pay for services the start doing without your consent. I’ve been coming here for years, and always a normal experience. BUT this changed when recently my mother was forced to pay for a service she declined. BEWARE if you’re getting you lips waxed, they may immediately add additional was a make you pay it. This place is changing in a terrible way!

Would rate 0 stars for customer service in false advertisement. Owner is rude and money hungry. Charges extra services without communicating/notice.

I am very disappointed with my last visit to city brow . I have been traveling from NYC to have my eyebrows done for over 5yrs and this past Saturday the person who I believe owns or manages the establishment fought with me about pricing, said it was 7dollars instead of the 5 dollars I’ve been paying for years and which is advertised all over the window , She loudly argued with me about it for at least 2minutes and was refusing to even accommodate me , she claimed the price went up after Covid which is not true , I’ve been many times since Covid and paid 5. Unprofessional!!! Unacceptable!!! Shes not honest and she is not a nice person. RUDE !

She told me not to cover my eyelashes with the other hand and then she took the eyelashes off the corner of my eye. But I didn’t let her do it to the other one. Was Unapologetic
