I paid my bill at the end of May. I paid $99 for 26 weeks, which my receipt shows that I’m paid up until the end of November. I got a bill September 13 saying that my subscription is only paid up until October 13. I tried to call to clarify the issue and you can’t get through to anyone very easily. You have to go through a call center and It takes forever to get to someone to actually speak to. When I finally got to someone, they had no idea what I was talking about and kept saying that my bill was only paid until October 13. I told them that I have a receipt saying I’m paid up until end of November. They told me that the reason my subscription was ending mid October was because their rates went up. Being that my receipt shows I am paid up until the end of November, I don’t think they sho

The Citizens Voice isn't what it used to be. The newspaper doesn't have nearly as many pages or stories as it used to. Delivery service is hit or miss. They only print the paper 6 days a week now. And if you want to read online, you have to pay to read the articles. I get my local news from other sources instead.

I recently picked up a delivery route for the citizens voice. They assigned someone to train me. Training is supposed to last 3 days. After 1 day of showing me the route, they threw me out there on my own. They said I would be receiving 1000$ a month. What they didn’t tell me was that I’d be spending 300$ a month in gas just to complete the route. So that 1000$ turns to 700$. After 2 days on the route I come to find out that the route is only 900$ now. So make that 600$ a month. 600$ a month to wake up at 2 every morning and deliver till 7:30. Not worth it at all. Then I come to find out that the person who trained me didn’t even set the route up correctly and had me wasting more time and more gas. So I quit. They had me put down information like my address, social, etc. on a piece of pape

Couldn’t find an email to send this out to the AMERICAN VOTERS. please consider placing this letter in your newspaper so others get to read first hand experience. This is not my writing. It was shared on fb so I feel the voters have a right to have it published

I put my daughter's baby picture in the newspaper for her 30th birthday. Cindy helped me with everything. My only suggestion would be to find a way to lower the cost of printing pictures and notices that appear in the newspaper.
