I called the Citizens Advocate today, asked about subscribing. The guy told me there price. I said I see your open until 2:30, I’ll be in shortly. He said ok. 20 minutes later I show up at 1:45 . The place is closed with a clock stating they open at 9 tomorrow. What a waste of time? I rate this business 1star because he answered the phone
