I got my haircut at this place today and the lady messed up my hair one side is shorter than the other. She was talking more than paying attention to what she was doing. So I called to speak to the manager and not one of them knew how to speak English or understand what I was saying.

I didnt even make it in the door. Called to try and get a base idea how much it would cost to get highlights for shoulder length hair. The guy who answered the phone interrupted me to say he couldn't tell me even a base price over the phone that I would need to come in. Okay - that's fine I guess. But I had other questions such as if they were busy at the moment and how much a trim and style would cost that I didnt even get to ask because as soon as I started to speak again he hung up on me!! So they may be a good place, I dont know... And I won't be finding out either. Maybe they should think about making sure people are finished gathering information before hanging up in them and not being rude/short with someone for asking a question.

I went there today and Adriana cut my hair and did a excellent job. I wanted highlights and to dye my hair but i got there kind of late and i was informed it was better for me to go earlier that way its done right since it does take a while, i really appreciated the guy and adrianas advice rather than them just doing my highlights in a rush just to make that money, that made me happy because i know they care about getting things done the right way and they are not just there to make the money.... Thank you i have found my salon, CISNE SALON.. Muy buen trabajo y todo personal muy admistoso.. 😊👍

Response for call in on getting shoulder length hair colored Being busy should never be a reason for not answering a customer's question. Your response was filled with blather. Next time give a range of pricing dependent on time/effort to perform the style.
