literally the best nail place in this whole area… i’ve been to them all. they are incredibly clean and careful and genuinely show care through the wholeeee experience!! i’m not sure if the bad review ppl were just having a bad day, and i think sometimes they might be stressed when busy, but they are good people at the end of the day and i plan on continuing to come here :) HIGHLY recommend🩷

This was a horrible experience. they cut my nails and didn’t ask me for the shape and shape round and short. I wanted square and she cut it what she wanted. my cuticle wasn’t cut at all. And then her tools wasn’t sterilized. I told her she was did a wrong shape and she answered me rude. Her attitude was the worst part. the place wasn’t clean. and I went with an ugly polished. she put to much top that it was with bubbles and then ruined. and I was using my flip flip all day after the pedicure. The pedicure was fast and and a quick massage. Bad experience. I spent my $36 bucks for a bad pedi.

The Health Department should be called… This is the absolute grossest establishment I have ever been to. The nail tech started to take off my gel (very roughly) with dirty gloves and UNSTERILE tools. There was food laid out everywhere with soup containers all over.. Dust everywhere and even a smell that I just couldn’t stomach. I couldn’t get past the first 5 mins and I literally had to ask her to stop “I’m sorry I can’t do this” Please… save yourself the trip and don’t go here

The person who did my acrylic soak off was very rough, I think I said ow maybe 3 times and she didn’t really acknowledge me or apologize and continued, and by the end when she finished there was still acrylic left on my nails. When I tried to bring it up before payment, I showed them and was disregarded and told there wasn’t anything there when it very clearly was (you can see the color and thickness over my real nail).

Just had a great time with my daughter celebrating her sixth bday at Cindy’s Nails. Keng and Tina were so kind to her and made her feel so special. Highly recommend for a mother daughter outing!
