"I wish I could give Cindy's Nail Salon zero stars. I went in for nail extensions, and it was a disaster from the start. Within days, the nails started falling off – one by one. I kept going back to get them fixed, but the problems persisted. When I asked if they could redo the set because something was clearly wrong, they refused. The staff was also incredibly unprofessional, laughing and talking amongst themselves in a different language, making me feel like they were mocking me. They were also saying very negative things in a different language, clearly thinking I couldn't understand. After multiple trips and six nails falling off, they still wouldn't take responsibility or offer a proper fix. It was a complete waste of time and money, and the service was appalling. "This is, hands down, the worst nail salon experience imaginable. I took my wife in for extensions, and the problems started almost immediately. I’m so surprised by these bad reviews. I have been going here since I moved to the area. I tried other nail salons in town but I liked this one the best. I find everyone is nice. They do a great job. Very clean. Sunday’s they get very busy so I just go different days of the week. Now that I live in the area I won’t go anywhere else. I hate to make this edit. I started gel manicures. There is one tech there, I never catch her name she doesn’t wear a name Tag. But she is very rough. Also always on her cell people. Unfortunately she has destroyed my nails. A few times and I’m done. I’m trying to nurse them back to health. I love Cindy’s and I don’t want to leave but I think the time has come. her place is beautiful. I love Cindy. did a very very bad job on both me and my sister. they were talking bad talk in spanish when they thought i did not understand. very crammed and small space, making me bleed and was painful manicure.
