Cindy's Nails

If you live or in the Gardendale area do not go here this is the 3rd time they messed up my nails and made me pay full price all they do is take people money……. Horrible and my nails are hideous I told Cindy it look like a 3 years old did my nails and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault on how my nails look really……

the last picture is what i asked for but all pink and i got this they are super chunky and not shaped good the guy that works there is the one who did them i have gone there multiple times before and have gotten cindy and jocy to do them before and i was more than happy with them but not this time!!

Cindy was so friendly and did an amazing, quality job. I felt intention and care were placed into my nails and wasn’t a rushed process. I got an amazing chrome, metallic color with an iridescent tint to it. Haven’t seen options like that ever! Will definitely be going back.

I went with my mother to get a Pedi today. They sat us both down in the chairs and started on my mom. I asked if I could get my feet soaking and the lady REFUSED. She told me she would get my water going later. I asked why and she wouldn't respond or even look up. When I got up to leave, 2 people walked over and offered to start my water. At this point, I was ready to go somewhere else. As we were walking out, I told Cindy (the owner) that what they did didn't make sense to me. She shrugged her shoulders and continued working on her client. This is a luxury service, nail salons are a dime a dozen. We ended up going to Le's nails down the road. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Save yourself the frustration and wasted money, go to Le's nails and get treated right!!

I got a full acrylic set and I got them stiletto shaped however there wasn’t an apex and sadly I didn’t notice until it was causing pain on my nail beds because of lack of support. Would definitely be an easy fix had noticed when I was initially getting them done. They turned out very pretty and I loved them until they started to hurt. I came back 2 days later and they were more than happy to help me problem solve so I could still keep the nails. We ended up trimming them down. They were very friendly and accommodating.
