I had a scheduled apt for 1:00 AM on Dec 8, 2025 for a pedicure. I arrived at 12:45. I informed the lady I was early for my 1:00. She acknowledged and prepared my foot bath ad escorted me and left me socking my feet. I watched as she worked on the female of a man/female couple with the man seated also socking his feet. The other 4 employees were busy with their nail customers. After 10 minutes she was still working on the female customer with the male still soaking and the other 4 busy. There I sit, calculating it would be at least 15-30 minutes, with my foot bath now cold, until anyone would wait on me. So I called at 9:25 AM to make an apt and then get treated very poorly and unprofessional. Never again and i will ensure others know of my poor treatment.

This is the only Salon I will go to , to get my nails and toes done. I feel a lot of the “walk in” nail salons now, don’t really pay close attention to doing a good job, and I always leave disappointed. I’ve been going here for about 6 months now, I’ve gone to almost everyone and I trust them all! They do an amazing job. I just had Michael and my nails have never looked better. He was very kind, professional and he did not take 2 hours to do my nails, 45 mins and I was out! Highly recommend this place to anyone who struggles with finding a good salon.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit, and extremely disappointed with my second visit. I paid an extra $10 for callus removal, which is fine, but I expect my feet to feel soft after said treatment. Not drier and scratchier than before I went in. Half the reason I get pedicures is to walk out with soft feet, not to have them be worse than before I went in. I don’t understand how that’s possible. I’ve attached pictures for reference, but they don’t do it justice. Won’t be going back to this salon.

If you are debating whether to go to this salon or not, i would recommend NO NO NO. The technician immediately had an attitude, turned to his coworker and spoke in Chinese when I said i just want a basic gel pedicure. Then told me since I was also getting a gel mani, its better to do a combo spa pedi + gel mani. Nope its not better deal, it was an upsale. I end up paying $95 instead of $80 with zero spa treatment. I got a rush spa pedicure with no massage, more like he just put on lotion. The employees then rinse the tools in the pedicure tub with your my still in it, then put in the uv light machine. For gel mani, he did not soak my hands. Why using the drill the push back my cuticles but applying the polish far away from cuticles. He did not apply the polish to the entire nails, skipping

AWESOME place!!! Soooo many options for chrome and they brought my vision to life. The owner / manager is sooooo nice. They have a ton of colors to pick from and always get me in even without an appointment! So happy I live close as this is definitely my new nail spot. It’s always super clean inside & modern/stylish. Def recommend :-)!
