The lady who did my nails was SO SWEET, but she managed to cut almost every one of my fingers while getting my nails done, not only that but I went in for a pedi & mani. I got a cinder spa special for my pedicure which is listed at $40, and a normal French tip acrylic nail, and was charged $140. So unless they are charging $100 for a pedicure, they overcharged me by a very significant amount. I even tipped cash, just to he charged $140 still. I wouldn’t recommend sadly. Pictures you can see how red my cuticles are from the cuts, and how the acrylic is all up on them and rigged. My fingers are still sore, and one of them keeps opening up and bleeding. Never had a place cut my cuticle this bad before.

This place staff are friendly. Lan is my favorite person now. She did a wonderful job on my nails. And also very kind. Fall vibes 🍁 2025. I highly recommend this place.

I called ahead and spoke with the receptionist to clarify how much it cost to remove acrylic, she said $10. I went today and the woman who did the removal kept trying to persuade me to get a refill, after I declined multiple times. She tells me, “i’ll give you 5 minutes to think about it” and for the 8th time I told her no I only want the acrylic removed. I go to pay and the total is $15, I asked the receptionist why that was and she said “you’re right it’s suppose to be $10 but Rachel said it’s $15 because she cut and filed them.” The woman left a layer of acrylic, not to mention cut and file is included with removal and this was clarified before I showed up. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me they don’t know when he’ll be in.

Everyone at the salon is very sweet! My nail tech Mindy was so nice! I told her I was going on vacation so that was why I was getting my nails done and she asked if I would like chrome or a design to make it more of a holiday look. I’m so glad she offered because it looks gorgeous. She did an amazing job, while being such a kind person!

I have been going to this location for at least 12 years. I have never had an issue but today I will be looking for a new nail place. I had shellac a week ago, three nails cracked very low on my natural nail the next day. I wasn't able to go back to repair. In the meantime three other nails did the same thing. I dabbed some super glue on to try to hold. Today I went to get them fixed, and they expected ME to pay for a full set of nails. They offered me 40% off. It was a back and forth, the owner John made the call to not keep a long time customer, Just quite sad and angry to be treated like this
