Cina Structural Integration

I used to hula hoop every day and then I developed severe SI joint dysfunction over 2 years ago in my last pregnancy. I saw a chiropractor every single week after my son was born. They would put it back in place and I would get 1 to *maybe* 3 days of relief and then it'd slip out of place again. I was in a lot of pain. But I came across a video about "Rolfing" and then I found Alan. And, as of my last session, I have hula hooped for 30 minutes/day for over a week with no pain! The mobility is BACK! I am so ecstatic!! I have cried happy tears over this! If you're on the fence, don't be. This has been an incredible experience!
