Cielo's VIP Salon and Spa

I visited Cielo’s VIP Salon & Spa in Newark on Wednesday, 11/27/24, for a keratin treatment, hair color, trim, and manicure/pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, especially given the $550+ price tag. 1. Hair Color: I left the salon with hair dye visibly on my forehead because they didn’t have the proper product to remove it. 2. Manicure: My cuticles were cut so short that they’ve been painful for days. 3. Pedicure: The same issue occurred with my toenails, and my right big toe now shows signs of infection. I had to fly on 11/29/24 and endured pulsating pain during my 7-hour flight. Despite trying to manage it with antibiotic cream, the discomfort continues, and I may need medical attention while abroad. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. For over

The best manicure/pedicure! They really do a thorough job. Best stylist, my color, blowouts and haircut always come out exactly how i asked. Hair has never been healthier! Highly recommend

Lovely work! They worked with me to get my hair exactly how I wanted! And they got me in same day even! I only speak English and had an easy time as well.

Showed a picture of the haircut I wanted, not even close. $72 haircut definitely would not recommend. Before getting your haircut here find out how much with style because from $35 cut it went up to $72 with style. I wouldn’t mind paying for it but the guy does not pay attention to what I want it. So disappointed.😡
