I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and Emily is wonderful! When I show her a picture I found she happily says “I can do that”!And she never disappoints ! She is so creative! I love coming here!

This nail salon has been my favorite since highschool and I decided to come back over a holiday break for the first time in a few years. I got a powder dip manicure with tips which in previous years lasted me 4 weeks with no issues. Unfortunately prior to week 2 many were cracking and on the second week 2 one nail cracked completely off. I was very disappointed because they are good salon that gets you in quickly and it is very cleanly my nail technician was very friendly as usual but the quality of this manicure was not worth the $55 to only last 14 days.

This was our first time visiting Cicero Nails and Spa and we did not have a good experience. We had a 5:15pm appointment for a full set of gel nails. When we arrived, we ended up waiting until 6:50pm to even be called up. Then waited another ten mins in the nail chair to begin. Another customer had a 6:00pm appointment. They started their nails before they started my daughters. I had a gift card from Cicero Nails and Spa that I wanted to use. It did NOT have an expiration date on it. They would not honor it because they had apparently changed owners even though the name remained the same. My daughter’s nails came out super thick and her pinkie is crooked and her thumb nails are uneven. We will not be back! $75 and 2.5 hours wasted.

My daughter and I have been going to Walmart in central square for years now. This past year the quality of work has been lacking, a lot. The last time we went we both were very disappointed. Not only did the price increase $15 more than the month before (for the same thing) but they were not very friendly and our nails were super thick and chunky. We decided to try this place. Much better experience! Friendly, gentle and the quality of work was fantastic. Oh…and you get a shoulder and hand massage at the end. I definitely would recommend this business! I stopped for a fill for the first time ever at this salon/spa. I forget the name of who did my nails but she did an amazing job, as you can see from the photo. The staff was incredibly efficient and kind. I am on crutches for a knee injury and they were understanding and accommodating. To top it all off the price was cheaper than other nail places in the area. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
