The bed was comfortable, the room was bigger than I expected! Fully stocked kitchen minus an oven, not sure why other people had issues with the Wifi- my husband used it for work and it was great! One time the hot water went fast but I think it depended on when you showered because other times it lasted forever! Great pool and hot tub and I heard amazing things about the food truck. The resort grounds are beautiful and anytime we called needing anything we were surprised with the staff's swiftness! We went to the community park for some trails and found lots of beautiful Quartz, and that was less than 10 minutes away. There are other options less than 30 minutes away like the lake which was nice too! Overall not too far but not too close to major attractions either.

As an owner, I am increasingly disappointed with how the timeshare program is being managed and communicated to owners. The experience often feels as though owners should be grateful simply to have access, rather than being treated as valued customers who made a significant investment. One of the most concerning issues is availability. On multiple occasions when I have attempted to reserve time to use my ownership, I have been told that the resort is fully booked. When I then try to utilize the “day use” benefit that was presented as part of the ownership package, I am frequently informed that the dates fall under “blackout periods,” preventing use of that benefit as well. What is especially troubling is that blackout periods were never clearly disclosed or explained during the purchase

The resort grounds are beautifully maintained and offer a great Southwestern vibe, especially with the fountain courtyards and mountain views. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made it feel more like a home than a standard hotel stay. The pool area is definitely the highlight, featuring a fun waterslide for kids and a separate adult pool for those looking for a quieter atmosphere. While the location is perfect for visiting Lake Pleasant or catching a spring training game, it is a bit of a drive to get to most of the popular dining spots in the West Valley. We did notice some noise from the floor above us, so requesting a top-floor room might be a good idea for light sleepers. Overall, it is a solid choice for a relaxing family getaway in Peoria.

My wife and I recently stayed at Cibola Vista Resort & Spa in Peoria, AZ, and overall, it is a very nice property with a lot of space. We had access to two one-bedroom apartments connected by an adjoining door, which worked well for our stay. The kitchens were thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including coffee, salt and pepper, and paper towels, which made things very convenient. Parking was easy and close to our room, and throughout our stay we felt safe and comfortable on the property. That said, there were a few notable issues. The walls are extremely thin, and we could clearly hear the guests above us walking around at all hours of the day and night. The biggest drawback, however, was the lack of connectivity. We had virtually no cell service inside the rooms, and the Wi-Fi worked

Great experience - I went through a third party booking agent - this is fairly simple process and you have all the amenities of a time share owner - the room was spacious well maintained - being on the top floor it did take several minutes for hot water to arrive to the sink or shower. The adult pool and jacuzzi were great - spa temperature was upper 90’s hot but not too hot. The family pool was large with that jacuzzi being slightly cooler still relaxing. Nice facility friendly willing to assist with my needs. Dislike is the concierge upon arrival - I get it trying to find another person interested in joining the timeshare world. Not for me. If it’s right for you good luck enjoy your travels - God bless
