Château Glow East Williamsburg

First time visit and had a great experience. The studio is cozy and my facialist Elena was very kind and knowledgeable.I did the hydrafacial and my skin was so smooth and hydrated after. Excited to see results after a few months of consistency. Pricing is very reasonable if you do the monthly membership.

I had a facial with Kay yesterday and while she was absolutely lovely, there is definitely room for improvement here. The best way to describe the facial I received is "lazy". Before booking, be aware that this is in no way a "feel good" facial. It is extremely low-touch, meaning that masks are applied to sit for 10-20 minutes while the facialist sits (on their phone). There is no scalp/shoulder/neck massage or anything of the sort. The cadence is essentially such that the esthi washes your face, applies a mask, and then leaves it to sit for 10-20m. Washes it off, and repeats a few times until 60m is complete. I have had facials at places like heyday and glowbar where this is expected (though I've found even those places to be more high-touch), but for over $200, your money will go much, m

Truly a gem of a spa/salon ! Château Glow is where you go for a very high quality facial, customized service and super helpful staff. Cannot recommend enough - my favorite way to treat myself and practice self care for my skin.

Just wrapped up 6 hyrafacials & dermaplaning with Emiliee leading up to my wedding. Every appointment with her was lovely and she definitely knows what she’s doing. Ive been receiving several compliments how glowy my skin has been and my makeup artist was so impressed!!

I love coming here to get pampered and Emilee is so sweet and knowledgable. She really takes care of you and understands what your skin needs to look and feel its best. The space itself is very clean and cozy, and they carry a nice selection of products (but aren’t pushy about selling you anything). Really happy with my experiences here and def plan on coming back!
