I never write negative reviews unless the experience is truly beyond disappointing. I want to start by saying that Maria herself was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the process.She was patient and genuinely tried to be supportive, and I appreciate her as a person. However, my overall experience was extremely upsetting and traumatic. I came in with a very clear reference photo and consultation discussion about maintaining my length and achieving soft, blended highlights similar to the photo provided. I was there for approximately 6.5 hours. During the process, my hair became severely matted for nearly two hours and required extensive detangling. This resulted in a significant amount of hair being pulled from my scalp, leaving a visible sparse area. Despite clearly stating I

Got my hair done by Aneta absolutely amazing! She gave me the most stunning, seamless balayage that brightened my whole look while still feeling natural. The result is soft, dimensional, and so flattering. On top of all of that , she was so genuinely caring and made sure to let me know I could reach out anytime if I had questions or concerns. I truly love my color and I’m definitely sticking with her as my true stylist.

The best haircut. I moved back to NY in 2020 and have salon hopped all over the island. I grew my pixie cut out and have had a hard time finding someone to cut my hair in a style that suits my texture and lifestyle, I am a wash and go kind of gal. I saw Kathy and received the most flattering haircut I could ask for. The entire salon was professional and clean, Kathy really listened to me and gave me the coolest textured cut. It has been a week and I have consistently had a good hair day everyday which has never happened to me in my life! Aside from daily compliments I am truly happy with my hair and would highly recommend :)

This was my first time at this beautiful salon. The staff was warm and welcoming. Stylist Kathy went above and beyond cutting my pixie style. She consulted with me, listened to me about what I wanted and then gave me a spectacular cut. I haven't been able to say that in quite some time.
