The shop owner, Christine Njende, physically assaulted me knowing that I am currently 8 months pregnant and STOLE MY PHONE ! Prior to the incident, I called the shop the morning of to get a quote for small-medium boho knotless braids ( I told her the colors and length I wanted) I was quoted $235 and was told I could come in @3pm the following day. I got there at 3pm and didn’t get into the chair until 5PM!!! I showed the owner AND the braider two photos of what I wanted and asked again for the price and was then told $265. I was a little annoyed by the price change but I didn’t make it a big deal. Half way through i went to bathroom to check my hair and I realized she was giving me medium braids and the color mix was wrong. I told the braider the issues and she said she would fix them. Aft

Christine hair Salon truly exceeded my expectations. She was very polite, punctual, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her work is neat, professional, and done with great care. You can tell she takes pride in providing excellent service. I left feeling confident and very satisfied with my braids. I highly recommend Christine Hair Salon to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

Good experience! I arrived early and was seated right away. The salon had plenty of technicians, so even clients arriving at the same time were taken care of quickly. The process was completely hassle-free — I didn’t have to bring anything except enough cash for my chosen style and length.

PLEASE believe the reviews!!!! Paid $360 for extra small knotless braids, brought my own braiding hair, and gave the stylist the exact photo of what I wanted. Got medium braids instead, with only a small top section done correctly. Owner dismissed my issue and blamed my photo — COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not go here.

Not pleased at all. Basic tenant of braiding is PARTING STRAIGHT! my daughter’s part was slanted. More time, a tender scalp she’s redone and it’s still crooked as well as the entire crown! I was told her hair/head isn’t right for middle parts. What sense does that make! Pricing is a scam as well. She calls herself giving me a deal $185 instead of $205 well the Website says $185 medium anyway! It’s a up charge for everything! I’m paying for a service I expect it to be correct especially the parting and not to be blamed for employees bad work! Many nice pics but it seems like going there is a crap shoot, may turn out good may NOT!
