I booked a 60 min wellness massage and completed the intake form beforehand, noting that my main problem areas were my shoulders and neck due to office work. In the session, those areas were not worked on, and the pressure throughout was very light, which did not match what I had indicated on the intake form. Also, during the appointment, I was asked personal questions unrelated to the massage, including questions about my sexuality. Comments were made that felt out of place in a professional treatment setting. Overall, the service did not align with what was requested or discussed prior to the session. I felt very uncomfortable.
